Keeping It In Perspective...Podcast Information

I am going to talk about The Little Black Dot on my Podcast today. When I Grow up needs may attention so blogging becomes secondary. However sometimes seeing things in print help a lot. The story and thoughts today will be related to how big and wonderful life is when we don't focus on the Little Black Dot  and let ourselves look at the whole piece of paper. I hope you like my voice and my stories! In an inspirational blog post put up back in 2012 the black dot appeared in a story told by "Steven" on a website called  Motivation .  In the story, a group needing to see a bigger future for their community was inspired by a simple black dot in the middle of a blank piece of paper. During her presentation, the speaker took a large piece of white paper and made a small black dot at the center with a marking pen. Then she held the paper up before the group and asked them what they saw. One person quickly replied, “I see a black dot.” “Okay, what else do you see?” Others joined ...

New Podcast and Living in Isolation

I'm not quitting...not just yet. Probably never. So there you have it! So this is what I have decided to do. I have to decided to start a podcast. It is called  When I Grow Up!  The name came to me because I do say...a lot..."when I grow up I want to be like you!" I have said this to elderly women golfers, talented artist and well educated people with talent and vision.  In this world we live in today we need to take heart from those people that have lived this type of life forever. Housewives, retired couples and of course, those people that chose to buy a desert island. In some cases those choices were by choice but in others, The podcast will feature things that happen to me personally, travel, books and always, always my thoughts on a variety of things. I will post a small blurb about each podcast here on my blog here with some insight that might help you decided to spend a little time with me. The podcast will generally be around 5-7 minutes, sometimes less. Not much...
